Yummy Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hen or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces (reserve broth)
1 pkg. spaghetti
1 can tiny English peas
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 c. grated cheese, separated into 1/2 c.)
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook spaghetti or pasta of your choice in chicken broth an drain.
Saute onion in oil.
Add other ingredients and heat in heavy boiler until cheese melts.
Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese.
Heat in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
