Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium green pepper, chopped (sweet)
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and pepper.
    In covered cooking dish, mix rice, soups, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms; mix well, then add browned beef, onion and pepper mixture.
    Mix again. Add hot water to make sure mixture cooks moist (about 1 cup). Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve hot.
    Can be frozen for storage before cooking.
