Broccoli And Velveeta Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube melted butter or margarine
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli (may use fresh)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed; drain.
    Pour 1/2 of melted butter over broccoli.
    Add cheese.
    Mix remaining butter with crushed crackers.
    Pour over broccoli/cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
