Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bacon drippings
10 cloves chopped garlic
4 stalks celery
2 large green peppers
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed tomatoes
3 c. beef juice
1 1/2 c. flour
4 large onions
1 c. parsley
2 crushed bay leaves
2 Tbsp. red pepper
2 c. ham
1 c. shrimp
4 pt. water
Preparation
-
Blend flour and bacon drippings until brown, add all vegetables, seasonings, water and beef juice and crushed tomatoes. Cook well together.
Add ham and shrimp just before serving over rice.
Serves a bunch!!!!!!
