Fresh Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour, plain
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 c. nuts, chopped coarse
1 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. Granny Smith apples, chopped
Preparation

Coat nuts and raisins in some of the flour.
Sift flour, spice and salt together.
Beat eggs slightly, add sugar and oil. Mix well.
Add flour, a little at a time, until all is used.
Mix in nuts, raisins, apples, vanilla.
Blend well.
Pour into a tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour and 15 minutes.
