Ingredients

1 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. oleo, softened
1 1/2 oz. baking chocolate, melted
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar replacement
2 Tbsp. sorbitol
1/4 c. liquid fructose
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Cream peanut butter, oleo, baking chocolate and vanilla extract together and gradually add sugar replacement, sorbitol and liquid fructose.
Continue beating and add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Sift flour and baking soda together.
Add to creamed mixture with water; mix well.
