Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

salad oil
1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. double-acting baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
confectioners sugar
3/4-inch salad oil

Preparation

Heat oil to 370\u00b0 in deep fryer.
Fry 6 to 8 minutes, turning once.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
