Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 c. Monterey Jack cheese
10 flour tortillas (1 pkg.)
1 can chopped green chiles
salt to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown hamburger and onion; drain fat. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, green chiles and salt.
Layer flour tortilla in bottom of lasagna pan, then layer of cheese, then hamburger and so on.
Top with cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil; bake for 30 minutes.
