Leftover Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. chicken broth (use bouillon cube)
1/2 c. dry white wine
few sprigs parsley, chopped
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. powdered sage
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. diced cooked pork
Preparation

Cook and drain rice.
Make a sauce with next 4 ingredients. Add parsley, onion, sage and half the cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted; add rice and pork and put in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese and some paprika.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes.
