Catfish Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. catfish fillets, fried
6 medium potatoes, boiled
1 onion, chopped and cooked
3 eggs, boiled
32 oz. V-8 vegetable juice
Preparation

Cut up catfish fillets into potatoes and onion mixture.
Add boiled eggs and V-8 vegetable juice.
Serve with saltine crackers and tossed salad.
