Picadillo Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. cumin
1 lb. fat free turkey grounded
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Lightly spray medium nonstick skillet with nonfat cooking spray, and heat over medium heat.
Add turkey, cumin, garlic, onion and cayenne pepper to skillet; cook until no longer pink. Add tomatoes, water, tomato paste and raisins to turkey; cook until mixture starts to boil.
Cover and reduce to low heat; simmer 10 minutes until heated through.
Serve with fat free crackers, pita chips or tortilla chips.
Serves 8.
