Ingredients

2 c. strawberries, sliced (reserve 4 berries)
1/2 c. thawed frozen nondairy whipped topping
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
2 tsp. chocolate syrup
Preparation

In bowl, combine sliced berries with whipped topping, folding topping into berries.
Set aside.
In blender combine milk, yogurt, and extract.
Add pudding mix and process on high speed until combined.
Working quickly, spoon 1/8 of pudding mixture into 4 parfait glasses, top each portion of pudding with 1/4 of the berry mixture, 1/2 teaspoon syrup and 1/4 of the remaining pudding mixture.
Garnish each parfait with reserved berry.
Cover and chill until serving.
Makes 4 servings, 125 calories each.
