Pork Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Shake 'n Bake
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 (7 oz.) tin tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella slices
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Trim excess fat off pork chops.
    Coat with Shake 'n Bake.
    Mix and arrange in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Drain off excess fat.
