Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Mother gave me the recipe which is a little different, but which will make a little more pie crust.
It also keeps well in the refrigerator.
