Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
16 slices white bread
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. cooked ham, diced
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Pam spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Combine eggs and milk in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Butter both sides of all bread slices.
Dip each in egg mixture.
Place one layer of bread in bottom of baking dish.
Cover with 1 cup of cheese, all of the ham, 1/2 of the sugar/cinnamon, then the remaining bread, then the remaining cheese.
Pour remaining egg mixture over cheese.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
Sprinkle remaining sugar and spice over.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Serves 12.
