Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 chicken breasts
    2 stalks celery, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. chicken stock
    1/2 large box Velveeta
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Boil chicken; cool.
    Cube and set aside.
    Save 1 cup chicken stock. Chop broccoli. Cover with water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Drain and let stand in colander.
    Combine celery, onion, cream of chicken soup, margarine and chicken stock. Simmer until celery and onion are tender.
    Add cheese; mix until melted.
    In a large casserole, place 1 cup rice, then chicken, then broccoli. Pour cheese mixture over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
