Hot Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Rice's medium hot sausage (room temperature)
3 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Combine sausage and Bisquick, mixing thoroughly.
Add cheese and mix well.
Roll into walnut-size balls and place on cookie sheet for 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
These freeze well.
Yield: About 125 walnut-sized balls.
