Better Than Kisses Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix, baked as instructed
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 jar caramel ice cream topping
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bake the cake as instructed.
    Cool for 45 minutes.
    Poke holes with a fork.
    Pour Eagle Brand condensed milk over cake; let stand for 45 minutes.
    Pour the ice cream topping over cake.
    Top with Cool Whip.
