Stuff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    potatoes, small chunks
    carrots, sliced
    onion, chopped
    green pepper, diced
    peas (optional)
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    Velveeta cheese slices
Preparation
    In large skillet, layer the ingredients in order given.
    Cover and simmer on low for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Do not stir.
