Mock Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
8 slices day old bread, cubed
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter, melted
pepper (if desired)
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add milk, salt and pepper.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer bread and cheese.
Pour egg mixture over bread and cheese. Pour melted butter over top.
Set in refrigerator overnight.
Set in pan of water and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cover with foil for first 30 minutes.
