Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. shredded Velveeta
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1 stick margarine.
    Add to soup and sour cream. Pour over potatoes.
    Add shredded cheese.
    Crumble 1 individual package of Ritz crackers over top.
    Add 1/2 stick margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
