Leo'S Twinkie Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box low-fat Twinkies
    1 large and 1 small pkg. cooking vanilla pudding
    1 (8 oz.) tub low-fat Cool Whip
    5 c. low-fat milk
    1 small pkg. walnut chips
Preparation
    Cut enough Twinkies lengthwise to cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Cook the pudding at a low temperature and then increase the temperature until you see the first bubbles. Remove from the heat and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Pour over the Twinkies. Place the pan in the refrigerator overnight or at least 3 hours. Spread the Cool Whip just before serving and sprinkle with a few nut meats on top. Make sure the pudding is cold before spreading the Cool Whip.
