Chicken Salad Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 bunches green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Cut chicken breasts into 1/2-inch wide strips.
    Combine chicken and green onions in a shallow, nonmetallic container.
    Combine pineapple juice and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour over chicken mixture and toss.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Thread chicken, green onions and reserved pineapple chunks onto wooden skewers. Broil with skewers 5 to 6 inches from heat source, brushing with marinade often.
