Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium zucchini
2 large onions
2 cubes beef bouillon
1 c. milk
bacon bits
croutons
Preparation
-
Cook zucchini, onions and bouillon with a little water until tender.
Pour contents into blender and puree.
Pour mixture back into pan and add 1 cup milk.
Bring to a boil.
Garnish with fresh crumbled bacon bits and croutons.
