Ingredients

1 lb. chicken, cut in strips
1/2 c. virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic
3 c. broccoli florets
1 1/2 c. sun dried tomatoes
2 tsp. basil
2 pinches red pepper
1/2 c. white wine (cooking wine)
1 can broth (chicken)
1 pkg. bow tie pasta
Preparation

Brown garlic in oil.
Add chicken, cook until white.
Add broccoli in pan; stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes (cut real small).
Add basil, pepper, wine and broth.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Cook then stir in pasta.
