Chili Con Caso Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 medium chopped tomato
    2 or 3 hot chili peppers, finely chopped
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
    1/3 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Melt butter in medium frying pan.
    Saute onion and tomato with 2 or 3 hot chili peppers.
    Add cheeses with onion, tomato and peppers.
    Stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
    Serve hot over tortilla chips. Serves 8 to 10 people.
