Orange Glazed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Pork chops
1 (6 oz.) Stove Top stuffing mix
1/4 c. margarine
1-1/2 c. hot water
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained & chopped
1/3 c. orange marmalade
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Stir contents of mix, 1-1/2 cups hot water, oranges and 1/4 cup margarine until mixture is moistened and set aside.
Spoon into a 8 x 12 baking dish - top with chops.
Mix marmalade and mustard, spread on chops and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until chops are cooked thru.
Serves 4.
