Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (or cheese of choice)
    2/3 c. minced onion
    4 eggs
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
    2 c. light cream or evaporated milk (use the thickness you prefer)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, cream and cheese.
    Add salt, nutmeg and onion.
    Pour into crusts and bake at 375\u00b0 until firm.
    Brown crusts first.
