Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/8 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    pulp scraped from inside lemon
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch.
    Stir in boiling water, cook over direct heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Set over boiling water and cook 10 minutes longer.
    Beat egg yolks slightly, beat in a little of hot mixture and add to hot mixture in double boiler.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from hot water.
    Blend in butter, lemon juice, rind and pulp.
    Cool.
