Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. roast
    1 hot pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 large onion
    1 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Boil roast with pepper and salt until tender.
    Place in baking dish.
    Top with onion which has been sauteed in bacon drippings, catsup and mustard.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
