Beef Barbecues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. beef chuck roast
    1 stick celery, chopped
    3 large onions
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    3 tsp. barbecue sauce
    3 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut beef in chunks.
    Cover and simmer 4 to 6 hours.
    Shred.
