Fruit Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 3/4 oz. chopped orange candied peel
1 3/4 oz. chopped lime candied peel
1 3/4 oz. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
10 to 15 red cocktail cherries
Preparation

Mix butter and sugar well.
Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
Mix baking powder and lemon rind with half of the flour and mix well with butter, sugar and eggs.
Mix walnuts, candied peel, raisins and cherries in rest of the flour.
Mix all together.
Grease a loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
