Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped green bell pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
Preparation

Beat cheese until smooth.
Stir in all ingredients except 1 cup pecans.
Turn into bowl lined with waxed paper and chill. Shape into ball and unwrap; roll in remaining cup of pecans. Re-wrap in plastic wrap and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
