Hawaiian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 - 20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
3/4 c. sliced/chopped celery
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. naval orange segments
3/4 c. sliced firm bananas
1/3 cup salad peanuts if desired
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Fold in oranges.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Fold in bananas and sprinkle with nuts.
Yields 8 servings.
