Blender Peanut Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    milk
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2/3 c. peanut butter pieces
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat 1/2 cup milk just to boiling.
    In blender, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold milk.
    Let stand 2 minutes. Add hot milk. Blend 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup peanut butter pieces.
    Blend until melted.
    Add sugar, cream and 3 ice cubes.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour into 4 dessert dishes.
    Freeze 20 minutes. Garnish with remaining peanut butter pieces.
    Makes 4 servings.
