Holly Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash, but do not peel potatoes.
    Cut into wedges.
    Mix dry ingredients and put into plastic bag.
    Add potatoes and shake well to coat.
    Potatoes should be damp, so coating will stick.
    Put on cookie sheet.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake for 1 hour in 400\u00b0 oven, uncovered.
