Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
2 c. raisins
1 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients; cut in margarine until mixture becomes coarse.
Then add buttermilk and egg.
