Janik'S Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. malt
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. oil
    4 c. water
    5 Tbsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/4 cup warm milk, 1/4 cup water, malt and yeast.
    Knead; let rise 10 minutes.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt, sugar, oil, 1/4 cup warm milk, 1/4 cup water and remaining flour. Knead until dough is not sticking to hands (add more flour if necessary).
    Let rise 30 minutes.
