Vanilla Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites, room temperature
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, oil, water, egg yolks and vanilla.
Beat about 5 minutes at high speed.
