Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil or bacon fat
    1 thick slice lemon
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, cool and slice into a baking dish.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with celery and parsley.
    Mix tarragon vinegar, cider vinegar, olive oil or bacon fat and lemon.
    Heat to the boiling point.
    Remove the lemon and pour the dressing over the potatoes.
    Cover and let stand in a 350\u00b0 oven until heated (about 10 minutes).
    Serves 6.
