Meat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion
    4 c. Bisquick, prepared as for rolls
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook hamburger; drain.
    Add onion, salt and mustard; sprinkle with a little flour to hold together.
    Prepare Bisquick as for rolls.
    Roll out Bisquick like a jelly roll.
    Spread with meat mixture and roll up.
    Slice in 1 1/2-inch slices and place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Top with white or brown gravy and enjoy.
