Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork sausage
    2 envelopes chicken noodle soup
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Brown sausage, drain and set aside.
    In covered saucepan cook soup mix, rice and water for 7 minutes.
    Then combine all ingredients and place in baking dish.
    (Can prepare the day before needed.)
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Good served with mushroom gravy.
    Yield:
    8-10 servings.
