Elegant Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
    1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine. Add brown sugar and bring to a boil. Boil exactly two minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add milk and bring back to boiling.
    As soon as it has again reached the boiling stage, remove from heat and add the powdered sugar and flavoring. Beat until smooth.
