2 1/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter flavored Crisco
2 eggs
1 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour, soda, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls
onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 - 11 minutes at 375 until edges are brown and centers feel gooey.
