Impossible Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. meat, browned
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
1 c. cheese, grated
1 envelope taco seasoning mix (optional)*

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 10 x 1-inch Pyrex pie dish. Brown beef and onion; drain.
Stir in salt and pepper; put in dish.
Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth.
Pour over meat. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven; top with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake about 10 more minutes.
