Baked Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot milk
    1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 c. raw white rice
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    few grains of allspice
    1 c. fine soft bread crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix first 9 ingredients.
    Shape into golf ball sized balls. Place in 2-quart casserole. Mix mushroom soup with water and rest of ingredients. Pour over meat.
    Cover.
    Bake in moderate oven for 1 1/4 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
