Ravissant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak
    1/3 stick margarine
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large onion, cut into strips
    1/2 tsp. each: basil, oregano, garlic salt and pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cold water
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    4 oz. canned onion rings
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1/3 x 5-inch strips.
    Heat margarine in a large skillet and stir-fry steak strips until brown.
    Add onion. Sprinkle with seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
    Stir well and then add tomato juice.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
