2 Tbsp. Italian parsley
1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 lb. salami or Prosciutto
1/4 lb. fontina
4 eggs
Preparation

Beat eggs in a bowl; add all ingredients.
Stir.
If ingredients are sticking together, add another egg.
Fill pastry that was previously prepared in a spring-form pan.
Spread out filling and smooth; top with crust.
Push down over filling.
Trim with scissors.
Brush dough with egg; prick with a fork.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
