Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large apples
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 sticks margarine, melted
Preparation
    Peel, core and grate apples in large mixing bowl.
    Pour sugar over apples and let stand 10 minutes.
    In the meantime, sift flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
    Mix with nuts.
    Add eggs and margarine to apples.
    Combine the two mixtures.
    Place in greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 1/4 hours for Bundt pan or 1 hour for 2 loaf pans.
    Check for doneness approximately 15 minutes before time is up.
    May be served warm or cool.
