Cream Puffs(From Home Ec Class Of 1940) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    4 whole eggs
Preparation
    Combine shortening
    and
    water\tin saucepan; bring to a boil. Drop in
    all
    the flour at once; stir until the mixture forms a ball
    in the center of the pan.
    Remove from heat; let cool 15 minutes
    or
    more.\tBeat in eggs, one at a time.
    Beat each time until
    mixture goes together again.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet; do not flatten.
    Give plenty of room. Bake at 425\u00b0 for
    15
    minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
    (Don't look in oven first 10 minutes.)
